Refund policy

At GLOWRIUS, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. 
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, 
and in the same condition as received.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used 
skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive 
damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, 
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 
support@glowrius.com with your order number and a photo 
of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full 
refund at no cost to you.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed 
within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. 
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund 
has been issued.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, 
except in cases of damaged or defective items.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your 
item and place a new order.
