Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends 
or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and 
may vary based on destination and carrier availability.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and select 
international destinations. Shipping options and 
rates will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. 
Shipping costs for other orders will be calculated 
at checkout based on destination and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation 
email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business 
days for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees and import 
duties may apply and are the responsibility of the 
customer. GLOWRIUS is not responsible for delays 
caused by customs processing.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated 
delivery window, please contact us at
